On August 24 2014 at 3:20 a.m. local time, South Napa earthquake occurred in and around the city of Napa, California.
Reactic Restoration of the Bay Area got emergency call on Sunday morning, to come over Ann Taylor outlet store and conduct water damage loss dry out, due to broken sprinkler pipe. Most of the clothing were on the floor, and water got all over the main level, dressing room, storage areas, exit hall, office and sales floor.
Work started right away, after approval of the city’s engineer. Reactic Restoration operation manager arrived with a large crew, generator and extraction machines. The crew worked day and night consistently 24/7 to make sure that the store will be back in business for Labor Day weekend. Large amount of dry out equipment was used to expedite the drying procedure.
The mission was complete, and within 5 days the store was operating. Repair squad start the rebuild follow the dry area right away. Additional damage, which was not in the main area of the store, were treated during night time on the following week.
